Boxing Routine #1

Each round for 3 minutes. 1 minute rest between rounds.


Round 1.

  • Focus on footwork. Cover any scenario you can think of.

Round 2.

  • Work the jab and it's all variations.

Round 3.

  • Short combos. No more than 3 punches.

  • 1-2.

  • 1-2-3.

  • 2-3-6.

Round 4.

  • Full on combos. Go offensive.

Round 5.

  • Full on combos with added head movement, slip, duck, pull, dip.

Round 6.

  • Work on defence and counter attacks.

Round 7.

  • Create angels with your offense. Step outside of your opponents line and go to attack.

Round 8.

  • Continuous punches throughout the round.
