Round 1.
Focus on footwork. Cover any scenario you can think of.
Round 2.
Work the jab and it's all variations.
Round 3.
Short combos. No more than 3 punches.
1-2.
1-2-3.
2-3-6.
Round 4.
Full on combos. Go offensive.
Round 5.
Full on combos with added head movement, slip, duck, pull, dip.
Round 6.
Work on defence and counter attacks.
Round 7.
Create angels with your offense. Step outside of your opponents line and go to attack.
Round 8.
Continuous punches throughout the round.
